Returns & Exchanges
We hope you enjoy your purchase and everything makes you feel and look fabulous, but in case something does not fit right please take a look at our return policy. We offer store credit to our customers, Items are eligible for credit or exchange if they meet the following criteria:
1. All clothing items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still has the original tags still attached.
2. Items are received by GDLG COLLECTION shipping department no later than 14 days from the original purchase date.
3. All jewelry, accessories and sale items are final sale. If item are damaged in shipping, GDLG COLLECTION will replace/and or repair any defects.
Make sure the pieces you are exchanges or returning meet our requirements. If you wish to make a return or exchange, please email us with your order number and we will email you a RA number (return authorization). Please write the RA on your invoice and on the outside of your package before mailing (any returns shipped without RA will be refused). Please note RA numbers expire after 5 days. Items must be shipped back within 5 days in order to be accepted.When sending your items, we strongly suggest sending them USPS Priority mail, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number. GDLG COLLECTION is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. The return total will be given in the form of a store credit, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return after our Shipping department receives it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Thanks for shopping with us! We process orders same day if ordered before 12pm, if placed after it will take 24 to 48 hours to process, as soon as your order is process we will provide you a USPS tracking number allowing you to track your package progress.
The following shipping methods are available upon request:
- Standard Ground (3 to 5 business days)
- Expedited (2 to 3 business days)
